と表示され、Jcode.pmのインストールが必要らしい。
ローカルサーバーなので、自分で入れなければならないので、調べてやってみる。
何通りか失敗した後、成功したパターンを紹介。

ここから、

をダウンロードして解凍、
コマンドプロンプトを起動して、
解凍したフォルダから、
win_install.plを実行する。
G:\TMP\Jcode-0.83>win_install.pl

Installing Jcode.pm to G:/Perl/site/lib/Jcode.pm.
Installing Jcode/Constants.pm to G:/Perl/site/lib/Jcode/Constants.pm.

Installing Jcode/Tr.pm to G:/Perl/site/lib/Jcode/Tr.pm.

Installing Jcode/Unicode/NoXS.pm to G:/Perl/site/lib/Jcode/Unicode/NoXS.pm.
All scripts are installed successfully

となった。（それでチェックするのかよ）
